"Seesaw" is a four colored reduction woodcut print, made from a single block of 8mm thick birch plywood. Edition of eight prints on 200g/qm Römerturm "Oeuvre", papersize is 50 x 70 cm.
This was by far the lowest quality block of plywood i`ve cut in a while. Super hard, wobbly as hell and extrememly hard to print parts where i had to use a brayer after printing on the press.
The good thing is, that the hard to print parts gave the final print a lot of nice structure this time. Exactly how you imagine a woodcut print to look like....
